Some Quilt Questions

When I received some things of my Mom after her death there were quilt pieces that she and my grandma had cut out. They are both gone now and I would like to find someone to set the pieces together for me. I am unable to do it because of my hands. They freeze up and won't move if I have to use them for things of this nature. If someone has an idea of who to look for that would not cost an arm and leg I would appreciate the help. It isn't a complicated quilt.
