The same rules as a regular RR but you also enclose a prayer request with your seeds. The next person would keep your prayer request and then enclose their own and send it on.

I have time to pray and would love to be able to include someone new on my prayer list but I don't have any seeds or plants to send right now and I don't need any. I'm also not sure how a Round Robin works but I think I'm getting the hang of it. Are the rules posted anywhere? I'll go look at the rest of the forum myself but there is so much to this website that I tend to get distracted and forget what I'm looking for.
