Here it is in the middle of January and my Lady Margaret is still blooming. She is growing on the side of the house, so I guess there is a bit of a microclimate.
still blooming in January
Congratulations to you! A beautiful flower. I wish I lived in your zone!

If we hadn't had the freeze I'd still have blooms. She was loaded with buds. Yours is so pretty.
I noticed today that Lady M sends out runners that make little plants. I didn't know she did that. I moved two to new locations.
ooooohhhhh, aaaaaahhhhhh, Blooms in January! What a welcome sight!
I am turning green with envy.
Calalily, I didnt know she did that either. Mine has not yet. Hope she does. Several of my others do that, incarnata, caeralea, incense, etc. I will keep my eyes open. I hope my citrina does that. She is also still blooming. Some are so much hardier than others.
Rylaff, pull the Citrina stems down to the ground and lay a rock over a node. They root that way. I had one in the ground a couple of years ago, I know it spread but I can't remember if it was all from stems touching the ground or if it sent out runners. My memory just gets worse and worse, lol.
