iris in pond

My iris in the pond "yes" they are the water kind. L.A. I think? One is black gamecock.

Well, they didnt do really well last year and someone mentioned that it might be because they like acid conditions. Since, my fish certainly wont like acid conditions, I might need to move my iris out of the actual pond.

I put mine in pots of heavy clay soil and put in pond when i had fish in there i lifted pots out in march and fertilized then put back in last of April no prob, >now to old to lift so i said by by to fish and just pour fertilizers right in to pond and go set down .
