Hey - I accidently made butter making whipped cream over the holiday and boy was it good.
It didn't take too much time and I could control the amount of salt. Could this actually be cheaper than buying butter?
The cream was a quart of whipping cream from Costco. It cost around 2.45 - and butter costs about 3.45 here.
