Ebay sign in help

Would anyone know of a reason that I cannot access the sign in on ebay? I can browse for something but when I hit sign in I get "the page cannot be displayed". I contacted ebay and deleted my cache and temporary internet files. I'm using Windows XP and IE 6.0.
