I have a friend with the backside of a 6 foot cinderblock wall down one side of their property. It has scraggly ivy on it now, but they want to make it look better. I was thinking some sort of dyed cement coating, not exactly stucco, since it's a tudor style house. Any ideas? (The dog pen remains are going to go. The wall runs right beside a nice sun room- 16 feet away.)
