Clean dishes are a must!!

One day a Pastor was talking to a
member of the congregation.

He happened to mention he was going
to visit a particular family for a meal.

The person told him the Mrs. wasn't a
very good housekeeper.

When he arrived, he looked around &
had to admit to himself that the cleanliness
of the home was not up to par.

He sat at the table, and noticed how sparkling
clean the dishes were.

After the meal he told the Mrs. what a lovely
meal it was (it's OK to lie to keep from
hurting someones feelings). Then he commented
on how sparkling clean the dishes had been.

She thanked him and told him they were as clean
as soap & water could get them.

After dessert, just as he was leaving he heard
her say:

"Here Soap, here Water; come & get it."!!
