looking for laptop (cheap) for DH, any suggestions?

I've been watching freecycle, no luck. DH is disabled, he wont (or rarely) sit at the computer desk because it creates too much pain, so he is missing out on talking to siblings and all the great stuff the internet has to offer. Freecycle posted a URL for cheap or free laptops but the URL must have moved, it is'nt there. Suggesstions anyone? Thanks, Jill
