Some of the seeds listed in the catalog say hardy annual. Does anyone know what this means? I thought hardy=perennial?
Thanks
hardy annual?
It has to do with how low a temperature they can withstand. Thus, how early they can be planted. This link is a good one that I use, it tells what type of plant each is (hardy annual, half hardy annual, etc.) and when you can plant them. Here's the link: http://www.backyardgardener.com/tm.html
This is a great referrence. Thanks
