Hi All...

I'd like this thread to stay solely with the subject of silver polishing , and care.

What i want to know is... How do you maintain/ preserve your fine silver or silverplate items? What polishes do you use? Why? What made you pick that way/ product over another?

I personally don't own alot of silver, but do have a fair amount of plate. My problem has always been those tiny crevases in the design.

Also, I've been told that one shouldn't polish the really old stuff... truth or mith? ( I have a spoon from the late 1700's , US made )

Anyway, thats what i got ... lol... post away... ;)
