Not sure why we call it that. The weight wasn't in the baby :) chuckle. Thought I'd start a thread separate from the normal dieting one because losing weight after Baby has lots of special concerns/issues around it. I have two goals:
1) Get back down to a tolerable size/weight by my anniversary Feb 5th (about 20-25 lbs to lose)
2) Get back into fightin' shape by Memorial Day (additional 25 lbs to lose)
Helps me to break it up a bit, doesn't feel so overwhelming ;) This is my third time losing baby weight and I've been successful the other two times. I have a picture of me back in my wedding dress holding our first daughter. Incentive to do it again ;) They say it gets harder as you get older. Here's hoping they're wrong...lol
