Router question

Hi,
I just installed a linksys wireless router (onto my cable modem) and have a question I could not find an answer to in the manual or on their site. If the power goes out do I have to re-install or reset the router or will it "remember" me? Does anyone know? We sometimes get power outages that last for hours.
