Lost Document

Oi yoi! Some people are dumb, my wifes husband is one of them. Its my phone numbers for phone book, had them on the computer. Had two more that I copied from my sister's IM, went to save them in phone numbers and decided to try and add it to the main list. I clicked on the folder for phone numbers then clicked on the doc I wanted to say it in and it said I already had a doc by that name did I want to replace it. For some reason, without thinking, instead of clicking on no, I clicked on ok. Now they are all gone except for the two I had saved. Don't know if the other can be recovered or not. What suggestions?
