I got inspired by Kimberley's kitchen renovation so I decided to paint one wall in my kitchen. (Ignore the blue tape, it's not permanent. However, my project isn't turning out as well as hers.
The wall that I'm painting is above the counter, and the paint won't stick to the slippery calking they used to seal the countertop to the wall. Plus, they didn't do the calking in a nice straight line, so when the paint rubs off it really looks like [deleted]!
Help! Any suggestions would be MOST welcome.
