Migraine Aura with no (nothing severe) headache?

I had my first Sunday, I was wondering if anyone else has had one? It really freaked me out. My eye doctor said to go to a neurologist if I didn't feel better within a day or two of having it. But I just wonder? Everything I read on the internet contradicts itself and is making me even more panicky!

Help, I am worried. I've never had anything like this before. I rarely even take asprin!
