Today I used lowfat Pam, and sliced two Plantains (Platano, frying bananas) and made chips out of them by frying them in a nonstick pan. I used salsa and also had a garlic sauce made to dip some in.
Total Calories for 1 Cup =181 it pretty much fills you up and you get vitamins and the sweet tooth is satisfied.
Total Calories in Salsa = 0 calories (contained jalapeno peppers, yellow hot peppers, green chili peppers, tomatoes, onions, cilantro and garlic powder) made in a food processor.
Garlic sauce made out of virgin olive oil and ground fresh garlic, in food processor. (the garlic and salsa may cause heartburn, in which case, you can just eat the banana chips as snacks)
