Goat grooming help

Today we bought a male pygmy goat, and although we already knew he had a few minor issues, what I didn't expect was to get a goat that needs a bath! He's just plain dirty, mostly because he hasn't been well taken care of, and I need to know what to do to clean him up. I've read they hate to get wet and can catch a cold easily, so I know water will be an issue here. I also know they get groomed for show, but I don't know what is done. Any advice would be helpful.
