It looks alot like clematis voluceau to me.

I think this one is Niobe, but you are right, there are a great many of them, that look similar..

I understood you, I answered that the rose blooms were small so they make the Clematis blooms look large...I think techniquely the Clematis is considered a Large Flowering Type.
The rose is a Noisette..Blush Noisette, and sometimes it is more pink, like here...

I wasn't ignoring you, I just saw your post. I guess I didn't have this watched, and just stumbled onto it.
Blush Noisette, is pretty easy to keep..I don't spray any of my roses...some of them get black spot and they either get over it, or I get rid of them...I have mainly what they call Old Garden Roses, and they generally don't need all the fussing that Hybrid Teas need.
