I would sure like to buy or trade to get SWEET FERN ( Comptonia ) root cuttings to plant on my property. Ideal would be a source from a colder climate so that these plants would be better adapted to my zone 3 conditions.

Ok, I got a little carried away, but we used to grow this plant and was wondering who might have it for sale. Did a search for 'Comptonia peregina' and found these sources as well:
