Does anyone else make their own wreaths from scratch? I know grape vines are generally recommended, but when trimming back our clematis, I thought why let this go to waste? We have a major wreath making party every year at trimming time inbetween nests after the baby hummers have flown the coop.
Today I was trimming back the way overgrown Lady Banksae, those long shoots that go everywhere off the main trunk, and again, my little brain said "Hold it!" on the way to the garbage can. Another plant to add to the wreath list!
