I just bought a Rival vacuum sealer yesterday and am itching to start freezing stuff. Anyone have any tips/complaints/ideas about using one of these? The only thing I've sealed so far is some leftover shredded cheese. It seemed to work fine, but the top is hard to close - you have to really lean on it.
