Well, if you want to check in here, you can. I have to go to town today, a major effort with town so far away that I save up until I have too many errands. However, I'm determined that the first thing I'm going to do is walk. It's so easy to skip the walking when you are faced with major shopping, volunteer work and a meeting. But, the truth is, I feel noticably better after just a couple days of walking. My back and gut do better too.
So, no excuses for me and maybe this forum will help keep me out there. My Walkman helps a lot.....
