Good morning all.
I hope each one of us is making strides toward our goals. I just finished logging in on FitDay. I need all the accountibility I can muster. One of the activities I plan to add to my daily routine is to walk 1/2 mile each day for the first two weeks and then see how I feel and maybe bump it up some more. I must start small or I'm sure I'll be overwhelmed and quit. I really used to be fit and active and athletic. You would'nt know it to look at me now.
