Hong Kong Orchid Tree : FERTILE Hauhinia Blakeana?

Vista, CA

How can I confirm that I've found a FERTILE Bauhinia x Blakena?

I have countless sprouts from what I think is a Bauhinia x Blakeana.

Data:
1. They are from a tree that blooms late summer into fall.
2. Flower color :
a. The four side petals are solid dark pink/light magenta with the center two petals displaying a white "throat."
b. Center top petal has the same edge as the other four, but has a dark magenta "throat."
c. During the flowering season the flowers are quite dark.
3. Number of stamens : 5
4. Number of veins in leaf : 10
5. Length of leaf stalk : 5 cm

Is there somewhere I can send a plant to be genetically tested to verify that this is truly a Blakeana?

Thanks,
CaroChel

OOPS! Correction : My friend, who owns the tree, says it usually blooms late winter into spring. When it received plentiful water in July (after the years of drought that we've had in San Diego), it bloomed again.
