My firend gave me this diet and I am loosing more weight on it than it said you would. I know that it is a crash diet, but I am able to keep it off. I think what is bad about "me" is when I diet it goes quick and when I don't it comes back fast. I drink slim fast everyday except for the days I am on that diet. and I also jogg. I weigh 187 at 5ft11 I would like to get down to 175 two months ago I weighed 210. the main thing that bothers me is I think that is to much weight to be lost in 8 weeks.???????
