I have honeysuckle vines growing up to hide an ugly shed and noticed in the center a single vine that has leaves that do not match the honeysuckle vine. Appears to be a clematis....I can't dig it out without destroying the honeysuckle but am not sure it can compete and flower all mixed up like that. I have not planted it there and see only vine and leaves so far. Think it can prevail?

If it's a species clematis, like for instance Sweet Autumn, it will do fine. My Sweet Autumn grows up thru the most incredicle tangle of roses and trumpet vine imaginable, but it just gets bigger and better every year. Can't speak for the large-flowered hybrids, tho. I DEFINATELY wouldn't try moving it.
