I have a (1) camelia & the branches are very wispy & thin.
When it bloomed this last spring the blossoms were all facing down because the branches couldn't hold them up.
Can/should I prun it? Can I make it stronger. It's green & healthy looking except for the thin branches,
I know NOTHING about Camelias so any help would be appreciated. Bj
Camelia Question
I haven't had a camellia in a long time but I think it's true that all the blooms hang down.
Can't help you about the thin branches. What do you fertilize it with?
I have been using MG for acid loving plants although now that I think of it, not on a reg. basis, maybe a reg. food schedule might help. It likes where it's at & has plenty of room to get big. I'll hold out on the pruning until I research more.
Thank-x Bj
