With my remaining nectarines, I made 2 runs of marmalade. The first was just regular marmalade with oranges and lemons and LOTS (7 cups!) of white sugar.

The second run I made also with nectarines, oranges and lemons but just 1-1/4 cups of light brown sugar. It's not as pretty but has more fruit per jar. It's the jar on the right.
