Juan Canary melon

Today at the grocery store, I purchased a Juan Canary melon. I don't know how to store the unused portion. I don't know if you eat the melon part raw or cooked. Has anybody heard about this melon? Thanks,

i believe i tasted this one in whole foods a few weeks back. was very good sweet.
to store it you can either wrap it in plastic and put in fridge. or cut it up and put in container in fridge.
