Any suggestions for freezing and using banana peppers?
Someone gave us quite a few. We aren't familiar with them and don't know what to use them in. We can't eat "hot" sauces (tummys, you know). Can you pickle them, or mix them with green peppers? If you froze them, what would you use them in?
