What brands of RAM do you trust?

I received an eBay gift certificate and, considering the times I grit my teeth in frustration while multitasking on the PC, I think the logical thing to get is some RAM for my 'puter! I have 256mb now, and it's just not up to the tasks I do.

I'd like to get 256mb and according to Dell's site, I need to get 184-pin DIMM, PC2700 / 333 MHz for my Dimension PC. Too much geek to me!

I want to stay away from generic RAM modules because I hear they can be troublesome. I'd just get it from Crucial since I've used theirs before, but they're not eBay. ;)

What brand-names of RAM you guys prefer?
