Brinda, No, it is not the same. Has the same variagation in the leaf but the flower is yellow with a white cross instead of orange
I gave up on Pink Sunburst in my climate, doesn't take the hot sun that well, and really to petite and demure to stand out in my garden. I have Stuttgart in the shade, coming on now. Pretoria has wider bands of varigation, also, Brinda.
