HELP!!!

Brooklet, GA(Zone 8a)

Hi, my name is Christina Flowers. I have a 20 yr old computer with Windows95 on it. Well, today I accidentally deleted a file. At first I thought it was nothing, until I turned my computer back on. Halfway through the windows setup, however, I got this message:

The following file is missing or corrupted: C:PBTOOLSCR_ATAPI.SYS
There is an error in your CONFIG.SYS file on line 9
Bad command or file name
Device driver not found: 'MSCD0001'.
No valid CDROM device drivers selected
VMM32.VXD is required to run Windows.
If this file is not in you PATH, you may need to reinstall Windows.
C:>

Well, my mom bought the computer already used, and it DIDN'T come with a disk to reinstall Windows with. Is there anything I can do? If so, what?

If there is nothing that can be done, I do have an installation disk for Windows98. Will it work on my computer?

Please help ASAP.

Thanks,
Christina
