My Butia capitata - Pindo Palm http://plantsdatabase.com/showimage/48745/ is getting ready to set fruit. I've been looking for a recipe for the jelly that can be made from the fruits on this palm without any luck. One place I did read that you could use a good plum jelly recipe and just substitute the palm fruits for the plums.

I haven't made jelly for YEARS, but would like to give this a try. Anyone have a reliable plum jelly recipe?
