For some reason

MY CAPS LOCK IS ON ALL THE TIME,I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS,I HAD TO EDIT,IF I TYPE HOLDING THE SSHIFT KEY IT GIVES ME LOWER CASE,
