It has been growing for 2 years now, and today it finally gave me a bloom. I thought it was never gonna make any flowers.
This is a wild one that I dug up from an overgrown property by my Sister's house.
First Maypop Bloom

I just popped in to post a pic of my first ever Maypop bloom . . . must be that time of year! LOL!
This plant came from my sister, too - in Texas, apparently a seedling from last fall. She sent it to me this spring. So glad I didn't have to wait two years for mine to bloom!
