Saw a few people asking about how to make your own.
Here's what I found. (I've never done this before.)

Hypertufa Recipe for Troughs, or Rocks:
1 part portland cement (don't use concrete redi-mix)
1 part builders sand
2 parts peat moss
Water or acrylic fortifying additive.
Optional additives: concrete dye, black or brown, liquid or powder
