It's that time when fruits and berries start coming in volume, and canning springs into action.

I probably downloaded about 30 recipes, from Tomato-Basil Jam, and Zucchini jam to a Sambuca jam made with blueberries. I may even make some of them, LOL!
It's that "Canning" time of year again...
