It's that time when fruits and berries start coming in volume, and canning springs into action.

I just spent about 2 hours looking at some really interesting recipes for jellies, jams, etc. here: http://www.recipezaar.com/r/40/pg=1

I probably downloaded about 30 recipes, from Tomato-Basil Jam, and Zucchini jam to a Sambuca jam made with blueberries. I may even make some of them, LOL!
