I have some cooleys iris that my neighbor had gave me--- These are not the old solid purple "wild" ones. A couple she had the name and the rest she said were a mix of Cooley named ones. Right now I am only looking for named daylillies. I will trade iris for fan on the named ones and two unnamed ones for a daylily-- Drop me an email with which daylillies you have- Happy Gardening Marie
COOLEY IRIS FOR TRADE
I have a lot unnamed daylilies that were planted at our community center. I have seen marroon, yellow, gold, peach,
and probably some others. I don't think any of them were the old "roadside daylily" or double oranges. If you are interested, perhaps we could trade and when they bloom, you can identify them...
wood--- would you be interested in trading a fan per iris? I could identify them when they bloom???? Just let me know.... Marie
Yes, but tell me when would be the best time to dig them? Some of them are still blooming, but I could start on one or two anytime you think it is all right....
when ever you would like.... that is one of the nice things about daylilys you can dig and divide them at about any time even during bloom. You just let me know. Marie
I'll go over there this morning and see what looks good. Should I cut back the foliage before shipping?
it will make for cheaper shipping should you trim foliage. But that is up to you. I will trim them when I plant them if you don't and I always trim the foliage on iris before I ship. Thanks again Marie
Do you have any photos of them Marie?
I have some pictures of some of them Melissa--- I will go look them up and then post them here on the thread. Thanks Marie

Yes Marie, they're very nice, unfortunately, I've got all of those or something very similar in color.
I can't wait to see pictures of all of your daylilies! When are you going to share those with us?
Melissa--- I am still back in the old school---no digital camera and I about 30 to 40 rolls of film to get developed!!!! I can either get the film developed or I can take that money and trade for other daylilys so---well--- I decided to do the latter for awhile. I guess I will get them developed when everything has gone dormant and I have the "blues". You know you are addicted to daylilys when you have 30 to 40 rolls of undeveloped daylily pictures......LOL Marie
