One of my Friends in Germany would like to send me various Seeds and Rose cuttings .

Criteria for Seeds and Cuttings
I think you need to find a website for USA imports as I think this is where any problems may occur.
I think most plants will need a certificate to say they are disease free, this can be expensive.
I'd guess you can find out more by asking in the International Trading Forum here on DG
