My rose campion has slowed down its blooming and is getting leggy and falling over. Should it be cut back and will it keep blooming if I do? Of course, I want some reseeding but these things are really getting unruly now........

I have cut mine off and never got any rebloom but then I do have it where it is really dry. So if in doubt, I would cut it and clean up as you want and leave a few for seeds.

I usually remove a half-dozen seedheads, shake out seeds wherever they are to grow or reserve them to broadcast later, then deadhead the remaining plants. Some will rebloom, but not as stunningly as this first flush of electric pink. I don't think they bloom the first year they grow, so this might give you a bit of a head start.
