I am trying to figure out how to trim up my bonsai that was given to me. I am new at this and I don't want to screw this up. Pardon the French. Someone please help me to do this. Here is my bonsai again.

The picture is awfully grainy. I can't tell what it is. Do you know what kind of plant it is?
I believe it is a ficus benjamin. Not sure if that is right. I am putting two more pics that are a little clearer.
I have such a cheap camera that the pics are such poor quality. Here is one of the leaves.
