I have a caged pool and dogs. I'm searching for a plant for the circumference of the pool cage. I need something that is durable (since the dogs will be walking through it all the times) and something that won't damage the screen. I am interested in the sweet potatoe vine, as it has the height that I'm interested in, and its durable, and its not the color of grass. Is this plants' new growth small enough to feed through the screen? If so, does anyone have any other suggestions?
