First let me say I know how to get to AOL and that is just about all I know. I just bought a new printer. The cheapest Lexmark Z615. I am replacing a more expensive Lexmark Z43 that just wore out. The new one doesn't use the printer cable like the old one. It didn't have one with it and the little hole is the same kind my scanner and camera uses. So.....I used my scanner thing. Now it says my USB port is not activated, but when I followed their directions to check it it was. Do you think I need to get one that is made for that printer even though the other fits? I think in trying to cut spending I have shot myself in the foot. Should have gotten a better printer.
