Shipping help

Im planning on sending three small EE tubers, one Hydrangia cutting to Finland.
I have no idea what to charge for the SASE!
Will 8 dollars cover it?
How would I find this out. This is my first time sending plants Overseas! lol.
It should all be under a pound.

I just sent plants to Finland and it cost a little over $11.00. Because the plants were alive, I had to send airmail. The post office employee told me if it went by ship it would take about three to four weeks. I also had to fill out a customs sheet and declare what was in the package and to whom it was going and who the sender was.
