Fybro?

I need some help dealing with it. Anyone here have it?
My memory has gone to pot and there's several days out of the week it is nearly impossible to roll out of bed for the pain.
I don't really get headaches, but the dizziness and lightheadedness makes up for that.
My hands are shaking so badly at times that I throw stuff across the room. I don't mean to throw them- it just happens.lol.
I havent passed out, but I have nearly. It happens all the time.
Um- I have irritable bowl syndrome too. (sorry to be gross,lol.)
I can not afford all the costly medication they are trying for Fybro.
Guys it is getting very very very hard to work and pay the bills. I have to stop several times during the day and rest, my boss is good about it- but productivity is down because of me. If I lose this job I don't know what to do, I am the only source of income for the house. Mum is very sick too.
Even sitting down is painful. :-(
