A few years ago I was sent some seeds of Pelargonium papilionaceum, which I diligently grew. Though the plants (I have two, the rest I gave away) are healthy, they have never flowered. Each year I get lots of healthy-looking balm-smelling foliage but no flowers...
Admittedly I have a tendency to abuse it (one year I left it out in the cold until almost Christmas...), but after at least four summers, I would have expected something...
