What is your favorite HTML-production software?

I'm redesigning my homepage. Gone are the days of my vast and large houseplant collection. They've been replaced by four-legged furchildren that purr and woof. :) My plants, well they've grown roots and sprouted outside, since I now have a yard to grow in.

So I'm ready to redesign. The last page was designed using Microsoft Frontpage. If I need to, I can go back to that. However, I'm interested in anything easy right now. I tried up loading some of the frontpage settings to geocities, with hopes of making a nice colored background, but I had Zero luck doing so. It's still a boring white background. I'm looking for something *easy* .... and quick to download, since I crawl on a modem at home.
