I want to make a large mobile for my yard. (to hang from my tree)
It is going to be very very VERY detailed-lol
Most feathers will be hand cut, one by one.
What should I use as material?
I really wanna use metal- like copper and aluminum sheeting.
Sprinkle a few copper feathers in with the aluminum. Just to give it depth.
For the body- What should I use? (something to attach the feathers/tail to)
Where would I buy the metal sheeting?
Craft stores wouldnt sell anything big/long enough and it would cost way too much to get many several pieces.
I am looking online and can't find much of anything. :-(
I'd of course need alot to get the job done right.
Money is also an issue-lol.
The total length is probably gonna be around six ft. (really really long tail)
It will be hanging from a tree with wire cables.
Any ideas? Suggestions? Warnings? LOL
